BACKGROUND

Brenda has over twenty-five years of Human Resources professional experience and has held leadership positions with Pepperidge Farm, Campbell Soup, Starbucks Coffee Company, and Colliers International, a commercial real estate and property management firm. She is a Cum Laude graduate of Immaculata University, with B.A. in Economics & Business Administration. As the Principal of BRHR Consulting LLC, she has expertise in a broad range of disciplines including organizational strategy, culture alignment, talent management, succession planning, leadership coaching and development, manager training, performance management, merger and acquisition integration, HR assessments with a focus on employment practices and compliance.

EXTRAS

Brenda is passionate about her work with non-profits in the Seattle area. She is currently the Board President for the Southwest Boys & Girls Club, serves on the President’s Council for the King County Boys & Girls Club and is a volunteer for the TIPS (Teens in Public Service) organization.
Brenda enjoys her three Golden Retrievers, sailing Valhalla in the Puget Sound, and collecting & tasting great red wine.
